“Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.”
As you read and re-read this study and the scriptures set out within it, as you search the scriptures with gladness, and as you prioritize the dailies in your life, you may begin to notice that God adds by subtracting.
Allow the pruning of God in your life. His pruning helps you to keep Him in the number one priority seat in your heart, mind, schedule, identity, and life.
There may have been times throughout this Study that you questioned how you are going to make the time for the dailies. Maybe your life is filled with work, family, travel, school, doctor visits, extracurriculars, carpool, taking care of others, or something else. I want to encourage you to take God at His Word. Believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Put the dailies in your every day and see what God will do for you. And to be clear, the things in your life may not change, the challenges, the circumstances, the demands, they may not change, BUT YOU WILL. And that is what this is about–that you may be more like Jesus, that you be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you will do His perfect will, and that you will bear fruit for Him.
The body of Christ needs you. You were created to live and walk in relationship with the Lord Jesus! I encourage you to take the small steps necessary to prune and to prioritize God and the dailies. I am here to encourage you along the way!
May I pray for you?
Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for the faithfulness in your faithful steward who has read through this entire Study. Hide your Word in their heart. Give them a heart and mind to do all that you have asked of them. Bless them as only you can. Give them eyes to see and ears to hear. Show them your more excellent way, remove any blindness from their eyes, and allow your Word to be illuminated in their heart and mind. Fill them with your Spirit and bless them all the days of their lives. Call to their remembrance every scripture they have studied and help them to put you first one today at a time®. Surround them with other disciples who will encourage them, hold them accountable, and grow with them. With thanksgiving and gladness, I ask it all in your name and according to your Word, Lord Jesus. Amen.

Scripture
John 15:2 NKJV ”Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.“
Psalms 119:89-91 NKJV ”Forever, O Lord, Your word is settled in heaven. Your faithfulness endures to all generations; You established the earth, and it abides. They continue this day according to Your ordinances, For all are Your servants.”
Psalms 119:11 NKJV “Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You.”
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV ”But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Psalms 68:19 NKJV “Blessed be the Lord,Who daily loads us with benefits,
The God of our salvation! Selah”James 1:22-25 NKJV “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.”
Lamentations 3:21-25 NKJV “This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. ‘The Lord is my portion,’ says my soul, ‘Therefore I hope in Him!’ The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him.”
Hebrews 3:7-8 NKJV “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts as in the rebellion, In the day of trial in the wilderness.”
Acts 2:37-40 NKJV “Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, ‘Men and brethren, what shall we do?’ Then Peter said to them, ‘Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.’ And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, ‘Be saved from this perverse generation.’”

This study has been such a joy, encouragement, and calling to me! Thank you for taking the time to create this so that Jesus’s word may be lifted high and spread, and his children (me!) may find practices to move our wheels out of the ruts of culture and circumstance and be free to let him steer our wagon, whichever direction he calls, because we abide in him. I am so looking forward to doing this study again with more friends!
